I currently work on the Converged Security Technology team at TikTok USDS, which has been a fantastic experience so far. Recently, I was recommended by my manager to transfer to the Cloud Infrastructure team. I jumped at the opportunity and after 5 interviews and 5 months of waiting, I was finally approved. Although I do have some cloud experience and understand security fundamentals, I’ve never actually managed cloud infrastructure in (enterprise) production.
